Shower was nice and so was water pressure etc. Super friendly staff that carried our bags to the taxi. Would not hesitate to stay here again and will recommend highly to anyone interested in a comfortable/luxurious hotel located in the heart of Ginza. The room was amaing the view spectacular and the room gifts . The bath was scummy . Minuses: corner room Room 1007 is smaller size compare to our last visit. The food selection for vegans poor and service to time and hour and a half for the delivery of a vegetable dish !!I complained to the manager and was given 10 % discount ! Wont be eating on the 57 th floor with vegan children too much trouble for the kitchen
