Mid-week East Asia Weather Update / Tokyo Snow Forecast | Tokyo

HIGH LIGHTS : Following a warm start of the week much of North East Asia has been flooded with sub-zero temperatures today following a cold surge that has marched its way south out of Russia. In the tropics though warmer temperatures are being seen this week as the north east monsoon has subsided and easterly trade winds usher tropical air across the Philippines, Vietnam and Thailand.
