Mariah Carey Always Be My Baby | Tokyo
Information | History | View | Sightseeing | Video
Mariah Carey singing "Always Be My Baby" live at Tokyo Dome 1996. It was one of her best rendition of the song, but it could have been perfect if the crowd would sing along near the end. I guess the Japanese are either polite and shy or just simply didn't get her because of language barrier, LOL. Anyway once again brillian performance.

How is her voice as perfect as this i don't understand

This is my favorite Mariah era!!!!! My favorite tour, album, live vocals and to me she started using her buttery tone more which transitioned into the butterfly era. I don't think her LIVE vocals during the butterfly era were as good during the Daydream era!!! She had a lot of great performances in 1997 but during 95 and 96 her live performances were all just so damn flawless to me. :))

the ending was so beautiful omg. Mariah was unstoppable

Her and Jon b would've made such a cute couple!

God bless her soul

Silky smooth buttery voice which I LOVE from this era, but of course I love 'Butterfly' era as well with that raspy yet difficult asf tone which notes I can't reach even on my best day. lmfao I love her
