This was Located in front Sumida-ku City Hall. They were demonstrating what a magnitude 7 earthquake will feel like and what to do in case of an emergency. I got to say I thought a magnitude 7 wasn't such a big deal, but damn it was strong. I wouldn't want to live in Japan if a 7 earthquake happens not to mention an 8 or 9 magnitude.
