So Egoraptor and Mortemer took me to some top-notch ramen restaurants to see what kind of ramen noodles calibre we got on our hands Stateside. We boosted on over to Little Tokyo to check out Shin Sen Gumi, then Silverlake Ramen, and finally Daikokuya at Monterey Park. Long story short, it was a pretty life changing, dare I say diabetes-inducing experience.
