How could you possibly not include the Harry Potter soundtrack in a John Williams fantasy medley?!
-
i like the groovy take for encounter of the third kind.
-
what arrangement is this? its incredible
-
I would kind of like a list of the songs that are being played from first to last in this piece.
-
Love the Star Wars Soundtrack, sounds like 80's. xD
-
I love this great arrangement and I love John Williams and I love how they add more effect with the bass guitar and drums with all the medleys it makes it fun excited and it makes me want to dance!!!! love it!!!!!!!

hello,
i want to play this with my concertband. How can i get the parts? I ordered john williams fantasy, but the third kind is missing. Who can help me?

I rarely comment on these things, but I will say this... For those complaining about the "Disco" Close Encounters.... Remember, John Williams actually wrote that. It's not like other movies from that time where someone wrote the score and someone else decided to "Disco" it up..... John Williams actually wrote the disco version of Close Encounters. Probably the coolest disco version of any soundtrack I've heard.

Simply epic.
-
this was our halftime show last year a dedication to john williams... i now hate et because of all the triplets in the begining they drove me insane..
-
yeah that is definitely not Jim Self in the Tuba solo in Close Encounters
-
I, on the other hand, kind of like the 60s beat here. But it can be a bit annoying, yes
-
Would have been much better without the corny 60s style drumset part. John Williams successfully moved film music past that corny phase. The entire middle section does John Williams a disservice. Otherwise, the beginning and end were very well arranged.

What! People composed to music to star wars?!
-
menudo bajo a partir del minuto 5:15... jajaja vaya pedales
-
anyone hear a bit of starwars in this? lol
