I find the easy version of the side plank extremely advanced. I need to have the elbow on the floor and just lift my hips on and off to work the abs. If I try to move my leg, I feel it pulling on my groin muscle. Obviously my core and arms are way to weak to hold this position. Does anyone else have similar issues with this side plank?

I'm currently doing 30 day shred 3 times a week, I combine it with 6 weeks abs( I do them once a week) then I do leg workout once a week as well. I workout 5 times a week and I can see so much difference and I'm so happy about the results. I'm still going on haven't stopped
