tip on sushi: flip the sushi to the side and then grab the sushi with the chopstick it make easy to tip in the shoyu only the fish side.

I was just in Tokyo and that is the same restaurant I ended up at when I visited Tsukiji fish market. I wish I had the chance to try out some more of the stalls and various street foods though. It all looks oishii as fuck.
