This is part 1/2 of my week long trip around the amazing Japan in January this year. I went with 2 other close friends without a tour guide. Follow me as I explore the urban cityscapes of Tokyo, the peaceful and quaint town of Nara famous for its deer park, and admire the beauty of the ancient city of Kyoto. This is my fourth time to Japan but Japanese food is just incredible, the people are so lovely and everything is so neatly organised and clean. Public transport by train makes everything easily accessible and for those on a budget I highly recommend checking out airbnb for cheap accomodation. For tourists you can also buy a JR pass (only available for sale outside Japan) that covers most railway (subway not included) costs including the bullet train (Shinkansen) between big cities. We ate at mostly places highly recommended on TripAdvisor. For those interested here are the sightseeing attractions we visited: Tokyo - Shibuya, Harajuku, Meiji Shrine Nara - Deer park Kyoto - Arashiyama Bamboo forest, dinner at riverside Pontocho, Gion To see part 2 of this Japan vlog, click here: https://youtu.be/6iS15PtVfjg To watch my HK Disneyland vlog click here: https://youtu.be/MmaIwNcl4A0 -- Camera used: Canon EOS 70D Songs: Memories That You Call - Odesa, Koto - Odesa -- Follow me on other social media!
