If you were wanting a capsule hotel due to saving money in Tokyo then just try this hotel as you'll enjoy it here. There's no elevator for the 2 floors that i could see. I've been here twice once before the 2nd building was here. Tokyo Hotels can be expensive, in fact this one turned out to be cheaper than HOSTELS that i stayed at.
