It's unscientific that people don't eat for reason of the hygiene. People never eats neither chicken nor egg in RAW espect Japanese, because they says reason on the hygiene. But even if it's proved to be safe scientifically, anyone wouldn't eat in RAW espect Japanese. That's not because it's hygienic, but they all hates creeping crud like a child, that's it all.

The fever I have right now was apparently sent from hell, because I did not salivate at the slightest at the sight of all that delicious chicken. Normally, my desk would be wet by the end of the vid, right now.. nothing sigh

The chicken they use in this restaurant and in some other japanese restaurants are a special kind of breed, where they go under heavy and strict sanitary control as well as being slaughtered on the day of service

Don't remember. But they do have an English menu. If you do go make sure you make a reservation as the restaurant itself is not big.

They serve the Chicken tataki, Sashimi etc. (Raw Chicken). from the blue food chicken that have no Salmonella bacteria. that is the reason why they serve it, not dangerous for u.
