The game developer kept quiet, until a press release in April listing some of the main features in the game. Modern Combat 5's story will start with the main character Phoenix in Venice, Italy, and by the end he'll end up in Tokyo Japan. Gameloft promises that the game will take players through visually stunning settings, thrilling action packed sequences, and of course new features in multiplayer. The company announced today that Modern Combat 5 will be released for iOS and Android on July 24th, MY BIRTHDAY. - Okay so we've been talking a lot of about this week's release of iOS 8 Beta 3 for developers and folks with registered UDIDs. But hell, Apple seemed to have added a few interesting things in this version. Those of you T-Mobile iPhone users out there, that have updated to the latest beta, will be happy to know that the network provider enabled WiFi calling between users. T-Mobile did previously say that it would enable the feature that allows for Voice of IP calls via WiFi with the release of iOS 8, but I guess they wanted to test the feature early. If any of you have used the feature, let me know how its doing below. - If you've ever lost on iPhone, you almost certainly know that it's gone forever. There's only a handful of good Samaritans out there that choose to take time out of their lives to return a lost device. Well quite the contrary happened to one Oklahoma farmer. Kevin Whitney lost his iPhone back in October, after it slipped out of his shirt pocket into a silo, unloading grain from a truck. First off, who the f keeps their iPhone in a loose shirt pocket, that's like keeping your iPhone in your gym shorts while getting out of a car... You know it's going to slide out! Anyway, the load then traveled from Oklahoma, all the way to Hokkaido, Japan, when a worker at the facility found the device 9 months later. The good guy worker at the facility then charged up the iPhone and contacted Kevin, returning the phone in flawless, working condition. Kinda crazzzyyyy. - Finally, MacRumors received a few photos, along with an accommodating video, showing off an alleged iPhone 6 rear shell. The photos come from a company called Feld & Volk, which specializes in pimping out iPhone with diamonds and crystals and s. The silver iPhone 6 shell seems to be a bit incomplete, as Apple's manufacturers tend to add and remove specific holes later on in the process. The bottom of the shell is missing the speaker holes and the back seems to be missing the hole for the camera lens. There's also a cutout for an Apple logo on the back, unlike previous iPhones where the logo is not embedded, but like the iPad to make it more durable. Some have said that this could be because Apple wants to add a light up logo like MacBooks, but why? It seems like having a lit up Apple logo would quickly make you a target on shady a streets streets.
