The Aoyama Flower Market Tea House is Tokyo's newest hidden gem. The restaurant is tucked away inside of a flower store. The seating is outdoors in a courtyard that is lavishly decorated with fresh and colorful seasonal blooms and plants which are either artfully scattered around the room in the forms of hanging flower baskets and mini flower arrangements, or effortlessly hug the liana vines and drape down the pillars to create a cascading natural curtains. The tables are transparent so that you can enjoy the fresh flowers beneath them – some tables even have tiny holes in them for white roses to peek out above the glass like a vase. The menu includes a large variety teas, including fresh, seasonal teas. They also have a small food selection, including the most delicious french toast you'll ever have, and featured desserts that incorporate fresh flowers! The ambiance, food, tea, and dessert come together so perfectly that you and your date want to fall in love all over again and not want to leave!
