At around 12 billion miles away from the Earth, it is the farthest manmade object from our planet. After providing us with photographs of the distant planets and moons of the Solar System, the probe is now heading into a new phase of its epic voyage, as scientists back on Earth are receiving signals that Voyager 1 has begun to leave the Solar System’s heliosphere, and enter the harsh conditions of interstellar space. Dr Graham Phillips tells the incredible story of deep space exploration, and is witness to an incoming message from one of the probes themselves. He wonders wot the aliens will make of earth?
They are a threat and must be destroyed-that's wot. -
I'm actually surprised they didn't include binary (to my knowledge). I would have thought of any language the language of numbers would be the most universal thing between species.
-
Incredible. I am in awe.
-
U guys will soon destroy life on earth
-
If there are aliens on another solar system and they get into contact with Voyager 1, I highly doubt they will understand the music, speeches or other contents of the satellite. For all we know, the aliens could be species very similar to dinosaurs or bears - very unsophisticated but living creatures nonetheless.
-
Why does this look like it was made in the early 2000s?
-
That spacecraft gave a big bang for the buck (pun intended) Excellent ! thanks for this Cheers !
-
We are assuming with Voyager that all alien life forms are benevolent. I would'nt make that assumption and advertise myself as an easy meal.

Shows how long ago Yoyager was launch there were LP recordings...
-
In some time hopefully, the Aliens would listen to the Bee Gees and think what everyone else was thinking...
"Why the hell does he sing like he has rubber bands strapped to his nuts...???"
Should send a new craft up there to catch up and upload "The Chronic" for the Aliens... They'd love Dr Dre and Snoop Dogg. -
Wish they would of used warp drive
