Most don't bother, but my cousin took up the challenge on the stopover back to NZ, and so here is how I showed him Tokyo in 3 hours! You can see the tour I took my cousin on here on this Google Map https://maps.google.com/ There are plenty of other great spots we could have done within this loop, the biggest being Akihabara of course. The Imperial Palace, Ginza and Hamarikkyu gardens are also on the way but we didn't get to see. But we did what we did, and it was pretty sweet.

どうも。東京に来てから２年弱、最近 友達が遊びに来て、同じ様に短時間で観光案内 大変でした。浅草ー水上バス（本当は水陸両用バススカイダックバスに乗せたかったんですが…）ー東京駅観光。山手線から見て、左側は渋谷、新宿、吉祥寺、東京タワー、六本木ヒルズ、右側は上野、スカイツリー、浅草、秋葉原、日本橋、東京駅、短時間で東京的だと右側寄りになっちゃいますね。

I was such an idiot. I got to Narita airport at 1pm, but my flight leaves at 9pm. Waited 8 hours at the airport when I could have done other things.
