actually even with the dark rum it does kinda look like green tea, maybe more like genmaicha (roasted barley tea).

My new favorite drink! I'm a huge midori fan. And also a fan of getting way too drunk for my own good, and let me tell you, a couple of these does the trick!

I dont want to turn anyone off to this but all I taste in this is basically a midori flavored gin. I did use Bombay and I used light rum but I get lots of juniper, it overrides the vodka and rum, maybe a hint of triple sec, maybe I should try the next one with grand marnier instead

Try this: BLACK DHALIA 3 1/2 oz. citrus vodka 3/4 oz. Chambord raspberry liqueur 3/4 oz. Kahlua coffee liqueur Ice Tools: shaker, strainer Glass: cocktail Garnish: orange zest Shake ingredients in a shaker. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish.

thats how drinks are make you don't go to a bar a get a drink drink with used ice. its all about presentation. just go to a bar and order a drink and watch how they make it.
