Is there any reason not to cook the udon in the dashi broth and then remove until the rest is ready? It seems like it might give the noodles more flavor.

can i add boiled egg with runny yoke and more broth? i had it at a resturant was the best i ever had with egg and the broth i could sit there and drink it all day.
