How to eat sushi:
Step 1: Don't. -
This guy is full of shit
-
...ok I learned that if I want to keep eating sushi I don't have to be seated next to the one making it...just can't eat any after seeing those hands :S
-
I like the taste of the soy sauce and wasabi mixture.
I'm literally eating a spicy tuna roll right now and disagree with that rule -
All these years I have been combining wasabi with soy sauce and then eating the sushi with a slice of ginger. Berry bad manners.

Too much wasabi. That puts me off sushi. Ah well...

The guy doesn't really seem to enjoy it. XD Guess they've just picked a random guy from the street who only eats to stay alive.

I've been to Japan, and observed that most Japanese eat their sushi with chopsticks. Yes, even rolls. And there was a program on TV about whether to dip fish or rice into soy sauce, and there was no agreement. :-)
