you didnt tell me how to make where i can adjust and move around the heighth of it
-
So angle should be flat - got it. Height should be leg straight with the heel on the pedal - go it. Position of the seat - what in the hell are you on about? Not really sure what you were doing with that plum line mate.

You should explain to the average laymen That you move the seat forward or backwards until you achieve the plum line you refer to Thanks for the info it helped

Here's a link to an article in which Keith Bontrager showed that there is no basis for the rule of knee-over-pedal-spindle. However, near the end of the article he says the following:
"[I]t is easy to see how the KOPS method can get by. It usually puts the rider in the range of correct fit, although in my experience, the more anatomical proportions vary from the norm, the more off the mark the KOPS method is."

How do you make your seat comfy cause mine hurts my butt I'm seriously

I need some help. The two bolts that you can adjust at 0:34 , my bike only has one :/ So how would I go about adjusting the seat angle? I tried to, but it always goes back to the same angle, which is a bit uncomfortable for me ATM. Do I need to get a new seat? Or is there a way to adjust it that I haven't figured out?

The suggested method for fore-aft adjustment results in a position that is illegal for use in sanctioned road races and time trials.
