This is the executive lounge at the Hilton Tokyo in the afternoon. As a guest on one of the executive floors you have access to it from 6am-9pm. They serve breakfast, afternoon tea, and free drinks and snacks in the evening time. Also, throughout the day you can help yourself to free coffee, beer, soda, and bottled water in the refrigerator. Really quite a nice executive floor.

Yeah. That was me standing getting lollipops in that video. It was great; one of the nights we came in and had some nice champagne. Almost every morning, we went over to the lounge to have breakfast that was actually very good. Even had breakfast next to a small group of people having a business meeting.
