As an US citizen, I've never heard of Gruppo Sportivo. Indeed, I would have never heard of this group if not for PUFFY. So everyone should just piss off. Ohnuki Ami and Yoshimura Yumi didn't(well Yumi didn't--and doesn't) know what they're singing. Hell, they don't even know what PUFFY is; its just a nonsense word to them. And only the chorus is nearly identical. Everything else is different, and PUFFY's version is better. Dutch shouldn't even be singing about Tokyo. It's the damn Dutch

So, what's the status on Dexter Holland? Are you going to sue him for plagiarism? I hope you don't go after PUFFY, since they didn't write the song. They trusted him to come up with an original song for them.
