The First Cabin Haneda Chief Nozomi is so small & petty about every single thing.She vehemently argued with me about my luggage when I left to go for a meal. She literally harassed & interrogated me about my next day reservation when it is not even check in time. Her insolence & impertinence knows no boundaries!
