You can use overlays as long as they're related to the halloween theme BUT don't overdo, I mean, I need to be able to see the footage. ✔ THEME and FOOTAGE ALLOWED: though this is a mep for both ANIME and GAMES, I must confess I'd rather you to choose an anime character. STILL in case you don't watch anime but you really wanna join this MEP using a character from a GAME, you can do it! BUT anime characters will have preference, so if you can use them, go for it! . About the THEME, you make it look kinda scary using blacks, blues, reds.. blood, creepy stuff you know halloween theme. ✔Characters can repeat twice ✔ You can ask for two parts ✔ Once I confirm the part is yours, I'll give you a link to download your audio part, so don't worry about that ^^ ✔ IMPORTANT.
