We traveled to China to gather inspiration for our upcoming menu and we came across this upscale restaurant located inside a corporate business park. Everything on the menu was absolutely sensational, and with this particular dish, Drunken Prawns where they take live shrimp, add Chinese Mao Tao liquor and light it up to cook the shrimp, doesn't get any fresher, we get it. Those animals don't have more brains than a spider or a fly. Do you feel bad when you chip off a fly and it still moves? Just because it's bigger it doesn't make them magically more equal to higher animals or mammals. Eating meat but complaining about this procedure is so hypocritical.
