Full Flight video on-board China Airlines in Economy class. 2nd half coming soon. Flight Report: I stayed in Tokyo for 7 Days, arriving at Narita was stressful, Haneda airport seems a lot better and more friendly. Also there's the NEX (narita express) machine all painted red with the words NEX written in white so i ask the ticket man to help me buy it. I ask how much is a return on the narita express and one way, which is cheaper. He said this one...This machine does other trains too and it wasn't easy to spot that he gave me a ticket for the slow train. I only said narita express one way or return. Anyway i try to explain this to the man on the narita express who was checking tickets but he won't believe that they make mistakes (this is similar to the problem going back last year on a limited express train instead of a rapid because the ticket was in japanese only) So i had to pay for both a JR ticket and a NEX ticket so that costed $30 for a one way ticket. Going back i went on the local train for $9. I then stayed at the tokyo narita for 3 days filming, there was no bus to take me to the plane spotting at the end of the runway and it's crazy trying to navigate out of the airport plus the 16L runway is miles away. I eventually found a hotel which was nearby only 2KM away from the location and it had shuttle buses from Narita Station. Going home on China Airlines was good, i've had awesome customer service with them even refunding my A350 proposed flight which due to delivery delays with airbus, i wasn't able to go on them but i'll book a long haul flight and come back next year. I just need to save the money so all the youtube engagement helps me. I arrived at the airport at 10am hoping to check in as they have flights all day but the flight number was only open after 12pm. One thing that was amazing was they saw me come to the desk at 10am and noticed me in the long queue and said "you just wanted to print your boarding card right" and so she took me straight to the priority check in which i think was really nice of them. Security and immigration was quick however security guy doing the x-ray trays said that he didn't want me to take my coins out of my pocket and that i can go through metal detector with my sunglasses. I was like What the...and offcourse they asked me to empty my pockets and they put the coins through the xray and patted me down. I told them that he said i can go through with them but they didn't care and made no apology. After some shopping which i don't normally do, i got to the gate and after all those days of sun, it changed to heavy rain and low visibility, it was a great view outside. The china airlines 747 pulled up 30 minutes late and we had a long taxi for take off. We landed with good time however. The economy meal was very nice and i made sure to get two orange juices which were in small cups. A tea round was done and i asked for half tea and half milk which she went to the back and made. I later asked for a coke and immigration form which i felt was matched with a sarcastic "There you go sir" probably annoyed that i pressed the button but there was a girl sleeping so i didn't want to disturb her. Taiwan girls are awesome though because my seat passenger saw i was having trouble finding the language change button (not sure why IFE when in Chinese doesn't have a button saying english even on the language menu) So she did it for me which was sweet they are really helpful. Deplaning was quick and off to immigration which was not as quick but at least they open the local residents lane to help, there's hundreds of people arriving at the same time. I get the cheaper AIRBUS bus to taipei, nice inside for 90NT around £2.30 and takes about 20 mins more than the 125NT i don't mind as i like the scenic route. 中華航空 東京-台北 全程錄影影像
