The Deluxe Premier Rooms at the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi (http://www.fourseasons.com/tokyo/accommodations/guest_rooms/deluxe_premier_room/) are really spacious and more like a junior suite. Located towards the Pacific Century Place courtyard, they offer a good view towards Tokyo International Forum and the Shinkansen high-speed train line (see a Shinkansen train approaching Tokyo Station at the end of the video) while at the same time being very quiet (rooms facing the station directly have quite some train noise in spite of the triple glazing which the hotel touts alot).
