Food Stall Vending Machine in Japan This food stall is at FujiKyu Highland's theme park in Yamanashi Prefecture just west of Tokyo. They have lots of restaurants but also little stalls selling various snack foods where you pay using a vending machine. Check out eh video to see what I am talking about. gyouza dog? that sounds like it could go really good or really bad. Also I don't know if I have asked this or not, how are places with you filming? I know here in the lovely.... USA they see a camera and they kick you out.

Thank you for the video. It's actually very poor customer service that they direct you to use the machine for ordering. It's the same as being forced to take a queue number ticket at shops, banks or post offices even when there are no other customers and the staff is obviously not busy at all.
"This is how our system works." The system itself has become more important than the needs of the customers. Ironically, it's like a bureaucratic thing from the extremely bureaucratic communist/socialist countries, but this time in a capitalistic "free market" system.
In government offices this is unfortunately common. I once walked 5 km to the "unemployment office" in the Winter when it was -25 degrees Celsius, and I was told that I can't tell the government there that I have now become unemployed - they told me to go and do it online! The staff was not busy. I understand they want more people to do these things online, that's fine by me, but I didn't know about it and since I was already there, why could they not just do it for me. If the new system on the computer didn't make it possible (I doubt it), then the system was designed wrong. "The System." This was extremely poor customer service. I was so amazed that I just smiled and walked back home, with frost on my eyebrows. I was happy the weather was so nice. I'm not joking - it was a beautiful day here in Finland. -
I got a sneaking suspicion that he doesn't know that a Churro is a Mexican doughnut (pretty much).
