This looks really good! I think what you added at the end could be pickled ginger? Also the cooking material, where the temperature increases/decreases noticeably and when it turns itself off seems super dope!

I've never seen this kind of dish in Japan, but it looks like healthy!
Anyway if you will learn to read & speak Japanese language more, your skill is sure to improved in the near future. -
