5. The US would never have a train like this. It would wreck way to often due to the sheer amount of idiots here. Have an overpass that a person can stand on while this train goes underneath? Guaranteed someone will throw a rock, beer bottle or themselves at it. Have a high speed going through a rural area? Guaranteed some disgruntled redneck will take a pot shot at it or some random hobo will get drunk and sleep on the track. Don't get me started if it goes anywhere near a metropolitan area. Guaranteed someone will fuck with it in ways that I can't think of.
