The spider-sculpture in Roppongi is called "Maman", but it's pronounced French and means "mother" (kind of creepy, isn't it?)
-
The "V" is actually a very old style "U"

Many years ago one of those spider statues was outside the Tate Modern In London.

At 10:56, that red, classic car has left steering and it runs on a left-hand traffic street. Is that not violating any traffic rule?

That company is called Bulgari, even though they spell the u as a v (like they did in the ancient rome). It's pronounced BOOL-garee.

Bbq tuna head looked good. One of my new favorites to order at Japanese restaurants here in CA is roasted hamachi collar. The collar is the actual collar of the fish, the section just ahead of where the filets are cut off, but before the head starts. There's not a lot of meat on the collar, but it is rich and fatty. Whenever I am lucky enough to do some salmon fishing, I always save the salmon collars for roasting. Cheeks are great too; some say the cheeks are the best part of a fish. We did a halibut trip on the Cook Inlet in Alaska a few years back and the guide carved out all the cheeks for us, which I sauteed like scallops that night. Delicious. Damn, now I'm hungry.
