I think the bread thing is that the bread in japan tend to have added things or very sweet(im looking at you melonpan). Maybe the UK have more similar sweet bread like Japan? However, where I'm from, the bread is far from sweet.. I quite like the bred in Japan and have nothing against it at all.

Tokyo has takaosan which is nice but other than that I agree with you, countryside is very beautiful and your channel has kind of convinced me to eventually move from tokyo to the countryside of japan
