I have not met parents who force their children speak or learn English in Japan. I've never forced. Please don't tell Japanese parents force their kids to learn English because they cannot. What you say represents what is happening in Japan to watchers. But NO. You only know things in your own community don't you ?

Hi first of all I really, really grateful for you for everything you did, you help people to grow up his English. I used to listen your video even sometimes I didn't understand the meaning of some word or vocabulary. Actually, I agree your ideas in point one much because if you want to learn something you should start from yourself inspire yourself, made mood that can help you to enjoy for learning.
