"Ekiben" is a word used widely in Japanese culture and it is a combination of two words: "Eki" which means "station" and "Bento" which is a Japanese lunch box. So, if you go to any station in Japanese you're going to find some form of Ekiben. The one I selected was from Tokyo station, and it was a bed of rice topped with raw Salmon and cooked Salmon, and was accompanied by a small egg.
