Footage has emerged of a new island being formed in a volcanic chain some 1000km south of Tokyo. The 200 metre wide spit of land will probably not survive for long, as most volcanic islands are either destroyed during their creation or sink below the waves shortly after. If it survives, it will be the first new island in the area since 1974. Why should Japan get to keep the island? What about China? Since it is almost as close to Taiwan as Japan. China can then make a 200 mile exclusion zone around the island and make sure everyone gets permission to sail by.

It's not 'creates', it's 'formed', since the atoms and thus materials already existed., to the effect of "Volcanic Small Island Formed by Underwater Eruption", just some advice.
Truthloader, how about increasing some vocabulary command by actually articulating what is actually occurring on a physical level? Just a thought.
I didn't see raw atomic energy bringing matter into being during this footage, rather, it was forms of matter underwater already existing, that was changing states being ejected from an underwater volcano that caused it to BUILD up via it's lava cooling under the water much more quickly then above water, until it reached the surface to continue on to 'form' land with atoms/material that was already there, no addording or subtracting from the rest in the universe, that's not creating.
"Create" is one of the most misused words today, it's as the word 'like' in usage these days, as some 'filler' word when someone can't be bothered to use their minds they were given or hands to pick up or look in an older dictionary since they're better and more honest with etymological definitions, in order to think of a word that articulates the actual event more descriptively, rather than trying to land on a 'catch-all' term that is annoyingly evidence of the degradation the average mind of being able to even describe simple basic understandings, everything is getting "TWITTED", the idiocracy is forming here on the net is where it begins and infects the world at large.
The internet is seemingly the place where language is breaking down to into 1984 new speak. A future of idiocracy intermeshed with corporate elite, no middle class. It was a warning, not a instruction manual. Remember, it was a warning, not a how-to guide. -
It won't be long until some billionaire buys the island and builds their luxury holiday home on it.
