Two sets of brothers, all 16-21, they charge with their Britpop bayonets against the modern view that rock and roll with clever lyrics is dying. Brought up on a diet of The Strokes, The Ramones, The Jam, The Lemonheads and Elvis Costello, they brought their own brand of noisy pop punk to festival stages across the summer, most recently at Hyde Park in London, where they supported The Libertines. Gary Powell, Libertines drummer and label co-founder, signed the band on the spot after seeing them perform in Hyde Park. He explains, “There was a really big crowd forming and I was interested to see who was on, and there were these 4 kids up there just owning it. I thought ok, we want this lot on the label.” Formed in January 2014, and based in Bristol, The Jacques are: Finn Jacques (vocals/guitar), Jake Jacques (vocals/guitar), Oliver Jacques (vocals/bass), Elliot Jacques (drums),
