At this point I really don't know what to believe because some of that I know for a fact are bullshit and some are accurate but as for the things I didn't know, I'm really not sure xD

some of this is wrong. you can smile and make eye contact just dont be a creep. some people talked to my friend who went to japan and no one cared.

Are you sure you're talking about Tokyo here?...This sounds like New York to me...You could replace the word 'Tokyo' with 'New York' for just about every point in this podcast. Funny thing is...In New York...when you're trying to walk up the escalator... 9 times out of 10 the people standing and blocking the way ...are Japanese!

I mean...I'm paying attention. As someone who's looking to apply to AEON next year.

I like listening to your podcasts. Although I'd probably never have a chance to visit Japan myself, hearing other people talk about their own experiences is enjoyable.

Been listening for a couple of months now and I must say you really got me pepped for my own journey. As a current citizent of Tokyo since 1 ½ months I must say that much of what you told in the earlier podcasts really does fit with the Japanese style of living. In this episode I must agree with the trains. People are very "aggressively nice" here. Everybody is pushing as hell, but no fights break out. Its interesting to say the least. Keep up the good work!

Hello! I have to say that I thoroughly enjoy all of your Japanatron podcasts... they're informative, entertaining and I love the wit and sarcasm thrown in. I can relate to your viewpoints as I'm from LA as well. You've inspired me to take the plunge and teach in Japan for a year. Thank you for your podcasts, please keep them coming! - Chelsea
