Ha? You can´t beat that. Japanese service - best in world. You asked for help and the guy came right out of the automata. Don´t dare telling me you seen something like that before.

after reading the comments... he is NOT in the machine but in a little room behind it! And he works there - changing machine's paperrolls, refilling ink, puts more change in it, helps people if they need - because thousands of people use these automats every day. It's easier like this so they don't have to stand in front of the machine and stand in everybodys way.
Sodamachines are also loaded from the back in japan. It's quick, easy and nobody is in anybodys way, we can
learn about politeness and customerservice from them! -
