hey u can't be a chef and have dirty ass finger nails... the fuck!? if i was a critic i send that restaurant back to stars just for that.

Someone needs to tell this guy no customer in these type of posh restaurants care about the chef or how he`s made it look fancy. They are there with their rich friends just for dinner, maybe a meeting etc. So he`ll never get a satisfied customer in places like that

I've only started my path of being a cook and it's really hard job. I want to learn so much, to become a good cook, but then comes a fear that i shall fail, that i can't become that good as the guy at the video is. Maybe if i was born in france or maybe in america it could be easier, but now i realise it's utterly hard to break through and become something more than a mediocre cook in an average cafe

This guy is an inspiration, and he's super handsome!
I'm really proud of him, that he found what he loves, not many people end up doing what they love. -

If only I had a chance like that, a lot of chefs in Manhattan won't give me a chance because I'm from the Bronx I may try to get out of town jobs then come back
