Kamukura is an Osaka-based ramen shop with a restaurants in Tokyo. I'm here not just for the ramen, but their award winning karaage (fried chicken). The karaage was just given a gold medal at the Karaage Grand Prix. This shop, in the middle of Shinjuku's Kabukicho, is a late night drinker's dream come true! I'm loving your videos here. Tricky to get good ramen in Bristol England. I use 'Korean ramyun' and add fermented bean curd paste, red pepper paste (Korean or Japanese) and get me some soft boiled egg action there....
I'd love to go to Japan and try ramen! I'd overdose probably...maybe one day
