I ate it at Japanese style restaurant Suminoya at Coredo-Takaramachi in Tokyo,Japan. You can directly go there from Nihonbashi station of Tokyo metro. Boiled octopus is similar to the boiled squid. And the sauce is similar to soy-sauce,sweet and salty at the same time.
