You have got excellent content mate.

what i take from this video...there must be many "kobe" steak places that do not have actual "kobe" rated quality beef. only 1 in a 1000 head make the grade. you would think the ranchers would learn how to in crease the odds. genetics must play a part in it.

Well, this is definitely on my list of places to eat in Tokyo!!
My fiancé and I are planning on going to Japan for our honeymoon and I cannot stop watching your videos!!
Almost every place you go to, I keep writing it down!! I'm even learning a bit of Hiragana just to get me from point A to point B!!
Thank you, Shinichi and Satoshi and friends!!! -
Oh my gosh this is mouth watering

Ate here on your recommendation! It was awesome! Had the same friendly waiteress and coincidentally sat at the exact same table. The experience and food was wonderful!!

from my trip to Japan, I think it's much rarer than Kobe beef to find a staff who can speak such fluent English..... lol

日本の牛には日本の良さ、海外には海外の良さがある。自国のお肉の良さも解ってよいのではと思います。ただ庶民には高い食材なのは間違いないのと肉のうまさを引き出すには優れた料理人が必要だと思います。

How to make your own Kobe beef at home: Get yourself a thick $12.00
T-bone steak and a bottle of a nice $14.00 Chianti; take it home and sit
with it by your fire place while playing Kenny G on your stereo. Caress
it lovingly and talk sweet things to it while enjoying the wine. After,
go to bed with it under some soft sheets (silk sheets work better).
Read love poems to it. Next day, cook it to your preferred wellness and
serve it with your favorite veggies, a side of lard and the rest of the
wine. There! You now have saved about $574 dollars. -
Wasabi and soy sauce to the Kobe beef steak.

絶対美味いだろ笑

Japanese farmers are among the least efficient and most protected farmers in the world. They have a 400% tarrif against US, Canadian, Australian, Argentine or New Zealand beef. That is why I won't buy Japanese exports or brands!

I only know the name of this restaurant by videos or blogs for foreign tourists...
