She moved to Japan after graduating from McGill university. She's now a third year student at Bunka Fashion College in Tokyo, the top ranked fashion school in Japan. Thanks for the video
Do you know which program is better for becoming a designer? Also what is the job prospective after you graduate? -
Thank you for the video! Being able to listen to a foreigner's perspective on Bunka is really helpful!! It gives me a more concrete idea of what it might be like to attend fashion school in Japan. Seems difficult in a lot of ways, but also fun. The video on moving from school to employment will also be very helpful. ^^

thanks for these videos, I'm in fashion school now and hope to do a postgrad in Bunka!

Can you have a part time job while studying at bunka? I've read somewhere that at bunka they don't let you work. If that was true it would make it impossible for me to go. Another question, can you take student loans in Japan like in America for example? I'm really having a lot of problems because it's so expensive but I don't really want to give up on this school

Christina! Thank you so much! I'm actually starting Bunka next week and I was pretty worried about it and the japanese, but after hearing this I think I can relax at leats a little hahaha thank you and see you around!

Do you know much about the graduate program? Do you plan on doing it? I already have my bachelors in fashion merchandising and would like to pursue my masters.
Thank you! -
Did you do much sewing before entering Bunka?

Wow, now that I've watched this, I'm actually very enticed to study fashion in Japan too! I'll be moving to Japan (hopefully) next year to study Japanese language and work there along with my brother. I hope I can enrol to Bunka too someday!
