I've wondered for years what AA was like, and this trip to the USA gave me an opportunity to try them for myself. Let's see how AA's service compares to the other world carriers.

I don't care what they serve on the plane if there is pizza on the board I am fully satisfied but the only thing is that pizza should taste good

It's a shame for the United states to offer such junk as a food for their guests and citizens !

I've heard nothing but bad comments about AA meals and services on board. I always try and switch sell anyone booking with me for their US trip.

God the International airlines have better food than our airlines, and American Airlines is the biggest airline the US has to offer to the world. The food is pititful.

I wouldn't eat that shrimp in the 1st meal. Won't eat Gas Station Sushi and Won't eat Airline Shrimp. Just never know if it was left out. Nothing worse that food poisoning at 37,000 feet!

My only complaint with AA in Chicago is, the international terminal is miles from the domestic terminal. After a 10 or 12 hour flight, you have to schlep to the domestic terminal -- a miserable experience.

I remember flying those AA 772's. I flew them a lot in 2006-2008 from ORD to LHR and back. The IFE's seem worse than PIA's!

Pretty lackluster offering, even for economy. AA are apparently going to be flying LAX-SYD in the next few months. Idk why they would offer trans-Pacific flights when there's already United, Qantas (oneworld partner), Virgin Aust, Delta, AirNZ and Fiji Air.

WOW So much has changed since I was a Purser With AA.. I was hired in 1974 and retired in 2008. I became a international f/a because I speak fluent French and sorry... but those meals looks awful!! PIZZA??? Who ever served PIZZA in coach? Maybe on a domestic flight, but in my days we served hot towels and hot food. I have not flown since my retirement and I don't plan on it .. The service today is awful! If I was still flying,, a lot of f/a's would be wrote up!!! Still, a great video,,but I'm never going on AA now or in the near future!

Going to Asia and flying a European or an American airline company ?? What a shame! Asian companies are the best in the world (service hospitality service).
