The Rachna Club, which is an Indian community ladies' organisation based in Tokyo, held its annual Charity Gala dinner at the Tokyo American Club on 16 October 2016, to raise funds for charity in India and in Japan. H.E. Sujan R. Chinoy, Ambassador of India to Japan, attended the event and delivered brief remarks.
