Ambassador Sujan Chinoy's Address: Ganesh Chaturthi Tokyo 2016 | Tokyo

On 10 September 2016, H.E. Sujan R. Chinoy, Ambassador of India to Japan, attended Ganesh Chaturthi organised by Shri Ryuko Hira, President and Resident Director of the Hotel Management International Company Ltd. at the Sai Temple in Tokyo. Ambassador Chinoy joined the devotees in singing bhajans and delivered a thoughtful message regarding Lord Ganesh, the worship of Hindu deities in Japan and the importance of oneness and harmony. A large number of Japanese devotees, together with members of the Indian community and eminent Buddhist and Shinto monks participated in the event.
