H.E. Ambassador Sujan R. Chinoy delivered the Keynote Address at a Seminar on Infrastructure Opportunities in India organised by the Embassy of India in Japan in the Embassy Auditorium on 22 March 2016 in tandem with Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services (ILFS) of India and Japan-based financial services Group ORIX Corp. Infrastructure is a 'focus area' for co-operation between India and Japan. The Seminar was attended by a large number of Japanese companies interested in investing in India in infrastructure projects.
