On the weekend we are leaving Tokyo for a trip to Lake Kawaguchiko near Mt. Fuji. Despite the weather forecast, we hope to catch a close up glimpse of Mt. Fuji. We'll be sight seeing around the lake and trying some of the local dishes. We're spending the night in a cute hotel at the lake front, with a view of Mt Fuji...?!?
