A view of a storm drains/river in Central Tokyo as Typhoon Roke approaches 10am to 5pm | Tokyo

The views from our apartment with a view of the rivers which are more storm drains, as they funnelled out the rain water as it poured down through the day. Gives you an over view of the approaching storm which has really hit from around 5.30 when unfortunately it was too dark to film.
