I have that muji travel pillow too!! I have pants that have a similar pattern on the fabric and once I confused a man sitting next to me on a plane because he thought the pillow was part of my leg.

Hey guys, I don't know if you've already addressed this in a video or were asked this, but since you often stay in rural areas, do you get Japanese Encephalitis vaccines every year or so? Is it still a big concern? I'd really love to spend a long time exploring and staying in the many beautiful rural areas in Japan and your videos further inspire me to do that, but I have an anxiety problem, so hearing about the virus really frightened me. I'd just like to hear what you guys think since you'd obviously know a lot more from experience.
Thank you, and keep up the wonderful videos! -
My instant reaction to the slurping was "HOW. RUDE." And then I remembered. That's a compliment in Japan, right? Oh man.
-
Class dismissed..

"so, we're on the hunt for a shrine...do do do.../ FOUND it!" Nice edit!

Watching you guys explore your lives together is simply a delight! You two are SO adorable together! Thank you for sharing some of your days with us and showing us all these amazing, beautiful elements of Japanese culture! :)
-

Beautiful, do you miss Mexican food? I ask as I'm eating chicken enchiladas.

I'm testing a new 1080p Sony television with this video. Ryoksuke and Grace in super clear 1080p with bold colours, it's so much nicer. Now I'm going to have to tell everyone that Ryosuke and Grace in Sony 1080p is much better than Ryosuke and Grace in 720 or 480p! Seeing places in Japan must be experienced on a Japanese television! Unfortunately, in high definition, 30 frames per second really looks choppy. We need to experience you guys and Japan in 60 frames per second!
I love mountains too, especially ones with a lot of nature. I blame this on growing up in an area without any mountains (san mountains). Now I wonder if where Grace grew up there's also a lack of mountains. I also love humidity, which most other people seem to dislike.
We need to see more of Ryosuke's amazing British accent. It's so realistic that I'd swear Ryosuke is from England! -
"high five myself" man after my own heart
-
What camera are you guys using? love the vids btw.
-
The shrine area looked absolutely breathtaking!!
