The $7/night price tag lures folks in, but the real money is made from all the vending machines and extra amenities they charge an arm and a leg for at these places.
However, they reflect the global, mobile society we're becoming. Some companies will give you a per diem for food and expense for hotel, and if you can cut the costs of either then it's just extra money in your pocket. Road warrior consultants spend most of their time at offices they're consulting for, and just bring a change of clothes, a smartphone, and just some travel toiletries. Usually the office they visit takes them out for drinks and dinner (as a way to team build and to talk about the project offline). So, the person just needs a capsule hotel to spend the night, a place to shower, a place to wash their clothes (these places sometimes have laundry services) and a place to get breakfast. -
This would be HUGE in my part of the states we have a homless problem and to top it off very little help to none from the state if your white this would be great even if it was $ 20 a night
